An accident occurred Tuesday, October 16, 2013 at around 2:00 p.m. Whitney Gibson of Providence was northbound on Highway 293. She attempted to miss a tractor that was mowing the roadsides and lost control of her vehicle in the rain.Gibson refused medical treatment.
