Townsend joins staff of One Health Dixon

For Jeana Townsend, joining the staff of One Health Dixon is a homecoming, in more ways than one. Not only is Townsend a Dixon native, she worked at Hometown Care Family Health Clinic (now One Health Dixon) while finishing her clinicals to become a nurse practitioner.

“I’m excited to be back in Webster County and seeing people from my hometown,” said Townsend.


Townsend will split her time between One Health Madisonville and One Health Dixon.
She will be seeing patients at the Dixon location every Friday from 7:00 a.m. until 5:30 p.m., and continue her regular practice Monday through Thursday at One Health Multicare in Madisonville.

“This will allow me to see new patients in Dixon, and follow up with some of my Webster County patients without them having to drive to Madisonville,” Townsend said.

Townsend has been with Owensboro Health since 2012. She has been an APRN since 2014.
