A little over a month after Superintendant James Kemp named Terry Starks the interim principal at Sebree Elementary, the Sebree Site Based Decision Making (SBDM) council announced on Monday that it had selected Starks to fill the position on a permanent basis.
Starks is a graduate of West Hopkins High School. He earned a B.A. in physical education and health from Berea College in 1999 and spent one year teaching PE at Hanson Elementary before coming to Webster County. He has been the PE teacher at Webster County High School since 2000.
