| New J-E rack in Sebree |
In order to better serve it’s readers, The Journal-Enterprise replaced outdated and sometimes unreliable outside paper racks at three locations across the county with updated equipment earlier this week. An all new rack was also added to the Sebree Family Dollar, now making the J-E available at both Family Dollar stores in the county.
“We’re always look for new and better ways to reach our readers,” said Matt Hughes, editor of The Journal-Enterprise. “As a customer, I know how it feels to put your change into a vending machine and not get the product you intended. After receiving some complaints recently, we decided it was time to make a change.”
The new paper racks will accept any combination of nickels, dimes and quarters, although it will not accept pennies.
The outdoor racks are located at The J-E office, Providence Save-a-Lot, Providence Family Dollar and Sebree Family Dollar.
“We’re happy to add new locations,” said Hughes. “If anyone has a location where they would like to see The J-E, they can give us a call and we will be happy to consider it.”
