Working on a tip, Captain Donald Jones of the Webster County Sheriffs Department and Fish and Wildlife Agent Josh Gunn seized a marijuana plant on Monday which would have had a street value at maturity of around $2,000.
The plant was located in the woods near the ‘old Providence city lake’, just off of Bellville Road. The plant was concealed behind an abandoned building located on city property.
