Webster County Middle School is on track to be opened and ready for students in time for the start of the 2014-2015 school year. According to Middle School principal Cyndi Boggs, everything is currently progressing as planned.

“We are very very busy right now getting out furniture in and set up this week,” Boggs told The J-E. “Everything is moving along on schedule and as planned.”
Boggs also noted that later this week she would be sending a letter to the parents of all of the students who will be attending the middle school. She asked that everyone take a moment to read that letter.
“We hope the letter will address the concerns of our parents,” she said. “It will have an update on the progress we’re making at the middle school. It will include information on student schedules, the open house and student orientation, as well as the dress code and other important guidelines.”
Boggs came to the district on July 1, 2014 from Madisonville, where she had been serving as a fourth grade teacher at Pride Avenue Elementary
